The DA is suing Musk to stop the $1M daily checks to those who sign his petition
Market will resolve YES if these $1M daily checks stop before the Election Day, for any reason.
If they continue, the market will resolve NO.
It is unclear if there will be a check on Nov 5th so let's count Nov 4th as final day. We need reports that these checks stop for YES and if they continue then NO. Checks will be widely publicized.
If they are partially stopped -- only in Pennsylvania -- that will be a YES also.
There was a hearing this morning -- and looks like Elon said he won.

At a hearing on Thursday, Judge Angelo Foglietta said the lawsuit will be put on hold while a federal court decides whether to take up the case.
If the federal court choses not to rule on the matter, the case will go back to the state court.
It is unlikely the case will be resolved before Tuesday's election.
"We will proceed to federal court and we will address the issues there and seek to have the matter remanded back to the state court," John Summers, a lawyer working with Mr Krasner, told reporters after the hearing.
"After all, this is a case that involves state law issues," he added.
So the claimed victory for Musk appears to be a delay rather than a victory. However, for this question here, it is about Musk being stopped "before Election Day" which is suggested to be 'unlikely'. (But how unlikely is that?)
