• Ashkenazi and Sephardi Jews count as white.

• Regarding Hispanics, I don't expect white-identifying Hispanics to be a problem because they're still Democrats, after all. I'm going to say Hispanics count as non-white if they have an identifiably Spanish or Portuguese first or last name and any non-European ancestry whatsoever. So an ítalo-chileno wouldn't count, and Ted Cruz wouldn't count because I'm now reading that... his hispanic side immigrated to cuba from... the Canary Islands? Which I'm going to call... part of Europe? Even though it's part of continental africa?
