Resolves YES if Pennsylvania passes legislation to legalize weed recreationally been now and Dec 31st, 2024. Resolves NO if it does not. A bill that takes effect in 2025 or later will resolve YES so long as it's passed in 2024. Resolves N/A if marijuana is federally legalized before PA gets to it. I might bet on this market.
