This market shall resolve as Yes if the Supreme Court, in a ruling on either or both of Learning Resources v. Trump or Trump v. V.O.S. Selections, issues an opinion subsequent to the launch of this market and by the End Date listed below, with the effect of invalidating any tariffs imposed by President Trump. This market shall resolve to No in the event that a Supreme Court ruling on the cases referenced above fully upholds all of the tariffs imposed by President Trump that are before the court.

PredictIt’s decisions and determinations under this rule shall be at PredictIt’s sole discretion and shall be final.
