If the official communications for the Ministery Of Foreign Relations (Itamaraty), Ministery of Defense, the Chief of Staff of the Presidency, or the Planalto Palace itself acknowledge Venezuela's claim, this market resolves to YES.
If the president (Lula), the chanceler (Mauro Vieira), the chief of staff (Rui Costa), the Minister of Defense (José Mucio), as also the special advisor of the president (Celso Amorim) publicly acknowledge their support to Venezuela's territorial claims, this market resolves to YES.
This market resolves to NO on Dec 31st 2024.
