Mexico, Brazil and Argentina already appear in this list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_semiconductor_fabrication_plants I suspect this does not count towards a YES resolution though. What are the requirements of the technology for it to count?
@mariopasquato I really didn't think about that, but I was thinking about logic, memory, power. The nice stuff.
We have some fabs here in Brazil with very very old tech. The key it's to be announced construction in 2023.
