Resolves YES To The Event That Occurs First

• "January 6th" Type Event.

  • For this, it must be meet these 3 conditions

    • Caused by

      • False claims of 2024 presidential election fraud by Donald Trump and his allies

      • Denial of the 2024 U.S. presidential election results

      • Disrupt and delay the Electoral College vote count
        

• To Meet Elected:

  • Harris must be voted by eligible US Voters and inaugurated.

  • Trump must be voted by eligible US Voters and inaugurated.

• To Meet Replaced As VP"

  • JD Vance must be replaced on not on the voting ballot as VP.

    • Also counts if JD Vance is promoted to Presidential Nominee for ANY Reason and appears on voting ballot as such.

  • Walz must be replaced on not on the voting ballot as VP.

    • Also counts if Walz is promoted to Presidential Nominee for ANY Reason and appears on voting ballot as such.
