Even if it is a good song, it's only at best 10% that Italy wins.

I personally think 21% is high. The last time the hosting country won the contest was in 1994 ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Eurovision_Song_Contest_winners ) and Italy doesn't have a great track record, before the win in 2021 their last win was in 1990
