This question will be resolved, if Thomas wins a General Classement in a Grand Tour or retires.
The closing date is the end of his new contract with Ineos Grenadiers. I will extend it, if necessary.
The Giro d'Italia, the Tour de France and the Vuelta a Espana are classified, under normal circumstances, as Grand Tours with 21 or 20 stages. For special occasions like a new GT or a shortened GT I will use my best judgement and clearify it in the comments.
@Eliza I think it depends a lot on who ends up going to the Giro, but without Tadej, Jonas, Roglic and Remco, he has a decent chance
@egroj Specifically, the Giro 2024 seems like his best remaining career chance. If he chooses to go to the TDF instead, then 🤷
@Eliza And Chris Horner was 41. I don't think it's impossible. One year shouldn't be that important. But I agree, Giro 2024 might be his best chance (if Tadej doesn't go)
