@Samaritan The Haifa oil refinery is substantial for diesel production in Israel, but is neither a power plant nor one of the gas offshore platforms. A destruction of one of these would be more devastating to the Israeli economy.
@Lemming Good point but the criteria isn't specific about the power generation being for civilian use. I dug into it a bit more and it seems the complex has its own on-site cogeneration power plant that produces both electricity and process-steam for the facilities.
based no that, technically a power plant was struck, which qualifies based on the text of that criteria. Though the spirit of that criteria is a power plant that powers civilian homes. I think it's fair to pick either interpretation. Thanks for push back which had me look at it more.
