Good question! I just made a 2023 version

Apple’s recently announced the Apple Watch Series 8 and Series 8 Ultra, and neither of them have blood glucose measurements. The chances of them randomly announcing yet another Apple Watch before the end of the year is slim to none.

That said, I’m still going to wait until the end of the year to resolve this.

Skeptical. Plus, the screenshot on that report shows "Blood O2", which is a lot easier to measure non-invasively.
Blood O2 can already be measured on the currently-released Apple Watch Series 7, the picture is just from that.
