Resolves Yes if Tesla moves it's State of Incorporation before 2025
Resolves No if Tesla doesn't move it's State of Incorporation before 2025
There is still a small possibility that this move gets reversed or temporarily blocked by a court.
There are lawsuits being filed daily against Tesla that relate to Tesla’s board not acting in the interests of shareholders. Having said that, I understand resolving the market at this point, but the market resolution should still be reversed in the future if such a reversal or temporary block order pending court cases is enacted.
for your other tesla market, can you resolve YES?

If it becomes clear that bots are being used in a functional way that replaces workers or traditional robots in manufacturing tasks (and not just for marketing or testing purposes), that market will resolve YES.

so elon mentioning the 2 optimus bots ""taking cells off the end of a line and placing in a shipping container"" in Fremont is not sufficient?
I missed that he mentioned that during the shareholder meeting so thank you for sharing that. That statement certainly increases the chances of a YES resolution. However, it’s not clear to me that the “useful tasks” Elon mentioned are actually useful in that it seems like an extremely inefficient method to move cells of the production line and place them into a shipping container versus what the non-humanoid robot method to complete that task would be. Therefore, it’s possible that the robots are not operating ‘functionally’ but are instead operating purely for testing and marketing purposes.
I intended for that market to be based on robots actually performing legitimately useful tasks that would involve replacing human or traditional robots on the production line rather than based on Tesla making statements or presenting videos in order to promote the bots potential capabilities.
Nevertheless, there’s still a lot of time this year for more Optimus progress and updates from the company that will clarify the ‘usefulness’ and functionality.

@ThisProfileDoesntExist Resolves No. If they are caught up in a legal battle that they win and move in 2025. This market will already be resolved No.
