Ofc no. Southern Europe and the Balkans are in a demographic death spiral, and the future for Egypt and Algeria look grim -they are likely to migrate to northern Europe and are unlikely to ever converge with the West. Britain, Belgium, and France will continue to have fairly high GDPs, but per capita they won't be as relatively impressive as they are today.
