Resolves YES if the market embedded above has 377 traders before market close (July 15, 11:59 PM Pacific Time). Resolves NO otherwise.

i know, but 780 per hr times 144/60 = 2.4h adds 1872 traders. But 1872/24 = 78 which is what's needed to reach 377.
