If it does not resolve early, it resolves according to the question in the title.
I believe that if we consider the theory of general relativity, the only reason we are alive is that two objects attract each other, taking into account distance and mass. The mass of the earth pulls us towards it due to our relatively small mass. And even if there is time-space distortion due to that attraction, its effects are so low compared to human life that believing that gravity will suddenly stop (without an extreme evolution we would slightly feel (or measure) over the years) is something not realistic.

@Alice24a9 Yes, I agree with you, and I believe gravity is not something we predict to be continuous or not. As far us I know and understood gravity is a must component of earth to be existed, and I it is not something that we want to deal with it or not. I also believe that losing gravity will lead to be the loss of universe. However, there are people trying to make hotel or places who will make artificial gravity, “The Space Station will utilize existing tech used at the International Space Station, but will differ in one crucial aspect – the hotel will have artificial gravity, making long-term stay much more manageable.” Ratner, Paul. (AUGUST 31, 2019). Space hotel with artificial gravity will be in orbit by 2025. Big Think. https://bigthink.com/hard-science/space-hotel-artificial-gravity-2025-plans/.
@Alice24a9 Your insightful analysis aligns with the principles of Einstein's theory of general relativity, emphasizing the fundamental role gravity plays in our existence. Your reference to the Space.com article by Tillman, N. T., Bartels, M., & Dutfield, S. further solidifies the scientific perspective on this matter.
The understanding that gravity is a pervasive force, intricately woven into the fabric of our existence, supports the notion that abrupt cessation is highly improbable. The article highlights the significance of general relativity in explaining gravitational interactions. While acknowledging the potential for extreme evolutionary changes, your skepticism about the sudden halt of gravity, especially without noticeable impacts on human life, seems justified.
