I just placed a bet before seeing the creator is inactive and has given mods permission to resolve, so I'd appreciate one of the other @mods looking at this - Indonesia has just joined BRICS. This market was created shortly after the newest NATO member state, Sweden, was admitted, and so resolves YES.
