@Lorelai I’d say both can be true I updated the title to include Russia but if Ukraine launches a counteroffensive into Russia I don’t want that to resolve this market if Russia isn’t actively invading Ukraine

@JamesF If Russia withdraws its troops the war stops, there won't be a counteroffensive if there's no offensive – but I respect you changing it, thank you :)

It seems Eliud Kipchoge already ran a marathon in 1 hour and 59 minutes? It's not clear that this could be officially recognized as a record though.
