This market will resolve as YES if the following sequence of percentage thresholds is reached in order:

1. 10% or lower

2. 90% or higher

3. 20% or lower

4. 80% or higher

5. 30% or lower

6. 70% or higher

Note that if a user places a large bet on "YES" to push the market above a threshold and then sells to bring it back down (or vice versa), this will be considered market manipulation and will be excluded from the resolution determination.
