Resolution criteria

This market resolves to the individual officially appointed to fill Amy Klobuchar’s seat in the United States Senate if she vacates it prior to the end of her term.

• Resolution Source: Official announcement from the Office of the Governor of Minnesota (or whoever exercises the appointment power under Minnesota law), verified by Senate.gov or the Minnesota Secretary of State.

• Precondition / Cancellation: If Amy Klobuchar does not vacate her Senate seat, or if no replacement is appointed prior to January 3, 2031 (the end of her current Senate term), this market will resolve N/A.

• If an individual not listed among the market options is appointed, the market resolves to Other.
