Will my Metagame ticket sell for at least M$100,000? [Auction in comments]

I'm running a workshop at Metagame, which means I was given a free +1 ticket. Unfortunately I have no friends who want to come, so I'm selling it by first-price auction, the highest bidder on Manifold gets the ticket.

(If Ricki (the Metagame organizer) tells me I'm not allowed to sell my ticket then the auction is cancelled, but if she does this I will accuse her of hating fun.)

A normal ticket to Metagame is $500 USD, which is equivalent to M$500,000 on Manifold. But you can bid whatever you want; it could be yours for just M$1!

(I will only make the caveat that you must raise by at least min(50% of previous bid, M$10,000), so we're not wasting time with inconsequential raises.)

Place your bids in the comments, the highest bid after 2 days with no further bids wins. (If you want to lock in your ticket sooner so that you can plan around going, this means it's in your best interest to place a high enough bid that you don't get outbid, ending the auction early.)

I will also allow people to offer me other unconventional items or services, which I may value at an amount of mana of my choice. (No currency though, that's boring.)

I'll also add a referral bonus. If you notify someone who wouldn't otherwise have known about this auction and they win it, I'll send you 20% of the winning bid.

The highest bid as of the last time I checked this market is M$2000 by Jay.

2,000Ṁ

I suggest using the 'Ṁ' character, like Manifold does, rather than 'M$' as you have done.

@BorisBartlog Not on my keyboard, I'm lazy

@PeteHegseth Invalid bid

@nikki Why is it invalid?

I suspect nikki misinterpreted "min(50% of previous bid, M$10,000)"

Anyway, I bid Ṁ10
