Right now, Manifold allows market creators to mislead people with blatantly false market titles, as long as they resolve according to the description. (For example here.) This forces traders to waste time checking the description of every market to see if it contradicts the title, and makes the search less useful, since a market's title can have little relation to how it will resolve.

If Manifold announces that this practice is no longer allowed, and consistently enforces that policy such as by N/Aing such markets or exacting manatery penalties on the creators, this resolves YES.
