This market resolves based on Jack's displayed profit at the exact time of market close. That close date will not be changed after market creation. Any bugs affecting Jack's profit are ignored; the true profit is what matters.
As an exception, if anyone appears to be manipulating Jack or someone else's profit, I will resolve this market in whatever way best punishes the manipulators.
The spirit of this market is that it's solely about prediction, and should not influence what it's trying to measure in any way. In the event of ambiguity or disagreement, I will do my best to resolve it in accordance with that spirit.
If Jack loses 1st place and then regains it, this market can still resovle YES. All that matters is that they have it at close.

Not sure this is a good idea based on what happened on your other recent market. I'd perhaps suggest resolving based on profit after removing the manipulation (if feasible), like you specified on the previous market - what's your thinking?
