@Cactus Statista is a second-party aggregator that sources its data from OFV anyways so I think it's safe to resolve YES immediately:
- https://electrek.co/2026/01/02/norway-reaches-97-ev-sales-as-evs-now-outnumber-diesels-on-its-roads/
Imo there's little reason to wait for statista to republish OFV's numbers. This way everyone gets their capital back :)
@GnosticGirl OFV data from articles do not match statista on previous years. The original poster stated an "alternative statista" would be used if that one goes defunct, which it did. As it stands my opinion is that this market cannot resolve yes at this time, due to the discrepancy.
@Cactus Yeah and Statista has constantly been significantly lower than OFV. ig if Statista is no longer publishing a comparable stat this would resolve N/A.
@MartinSundhaug on previous years statista has been higher than articles quoting OFV hence I am holding YES. After further inspection this is because statista counts hybrids (PHEV+BEV) while articles quoting OFV only count BEV. So it will very likely resolve YES anyways.
