Whistleblowers have been disclosing classified information regarding UFOs. This action carries substantial legal risks, especially if the information is deemed sensitive or false. These risks have been highlighted by military intelligence officials in relation to whistleblowers such as David Grusch1. This market will resolve affirmatively if any whistleblower is officially criminally charged due to their disclosures about UFOs by the end of 2024.
Resolution criteria: Official announcement or credible news report of criminal charges being brought against a whistleblower for disclosing information about UFOs.
Defense authorization act of 2023 granted any whistleblower related to exotic material or non-human craft complete and absolute immunity from any obligation under prior NDAs or oaths. So since like a few months ago. From what I understand Grusch was instrumental in the creation of that provision because he turned whistleblower in 2021 going straight to congress with the intelligence community IG as his legal representative. My point is this has been legislated and is federally protected.
@FranklinBaldo When you claim whistleblower status anything you claim after that is considered testimony under oath under the penalty of perjury. So sure, but only the false part, not the true or sensitive part. There is no such thing as secret alien programs anymore if anyone involved wants to tell us the truth.
