That is, will language like the above be removed or modified to clearly allow (or at least not prohibit) bot trading?
Update 2025-12-23 (PST) (AI summary of creator comment): The market will resolve YES if the terms and conditions are modified to clearly allow bots (or at least not prohibit them). Currently, bots are allowed and supported in practice, but the existing terms and conditions language prohibits them when reasonably interpreted.
Update 2026-01-03 (PST) (AI summary of creator comment): The market will resolve NO until the terms and conditions are fully fixed. Currently, section 3.6 still contains problematic language that prohibits bots. The creator has confirmed that despite recent changes to the terms, the resolution criteria have not yet been met.
Update 2026-01-03 (PST) (AI summary of creator comment): The phrase "language like the above" in the market description clearly includes section 3.6 of the terms and conditions. The market will resolve YES only when all problematic language prohibiting bots (including section 3.6) is removed or modified.

@EvanDaniel I got news for you:

I was surprised to see this market show up, when this happened last week.
@Eliza After I looked at the trading history it seems like we have witnessed a classic example of insider tradingdonating mana to fix an issue.
@Eliza hopefully it will be fully fixed soon!
But for now, Claude says it isn't. This matches my analysis -- section 3.6 is bad, some other stuff might be nice to improve.

@EvanDaniel that is a much higher bar than just modifying the specific paragraph you called out in the description. On this site, "you get what you ask for".
@Eliza not much! And also I called out "language like the above" which I think clearly includes 3.6.
@JussiVilleHeiskanen exactly. They're allowed and supported and everyone knows it, but any reasonable reading of the terms and conditions says otherwise.
