This market resolves YES if, at any point during Donald Trump’s second term as President of the United States, he vetoes a bill whose primary stated purpose is to mandate the public release or broad declassification of federal investigative / law-enforcement records related to Jeffrey Epstein (e.g. an “Epstein files transparency” bill or similar).

Resolution criteria:

– The bill must have passed both the House and Senate and been formally presented to President Trump.

– The veto must be a standard presidential veto (i.e. returned to Congress with objections) or a clearly reported veto action; a pocket veto does count, as long as it is clearly described and treated as such in major media and/or official records.

– The bill’s main intent must be the release/declassification of Epstein-related files; omnibus or appropriations bills that merely contain small Epstein-related provisions do not count.

– “During his second term” means from the moment he is sworn in for a second term until the end of that term (or earlier if he leaves office).

Resolution source:
Resolution will be based on credible public records and reporting (e.g. White House statements, congressional records, major national news outlets). If there is any ambiguity, the market creator will resolve according to the most widely accepted interpretation among those sources.

If Trump does not become president again, if no such bill reaches his desk, or if he signs or ignores such a bill so that it becomes law without a veto, this market resolves NO.
