• Some of you will not like this and some will like it that there maybe lower tax. We're not debating that. We're just trying to predict the first zero tax 1B USD company.

• We've all the tools (crypto currencies, encryption on internet, internet penetration, etc), my guess is it's only time till companies directly sell to people and pay no taxes

• Governments ("govts") will hate this of course.

• Right now a lot of large companies jump through hoops for tax optimization.

Prediction details:

• How will we know if a company pays zero tax? We will know because 1. Govts will complain. Every govt has a team of people (IRS and similar) and people with weapons to chase down companies who don't pay tax

• I will resolve this question on the earliest date an article says so which has minimum 1B views (article can be from a blogger, news media, it can be video views, insta views, etc). The views limit is to exclude fringe news sites who don't report facts. Even the mainstream can be non-factual but it's less likely.

• If nothing happens by 2041 Jan 1. I will resolve it as "Never or after 2040"
