Please read before adding an option.

  • Add single companies as options. Do not add classes of companies (e.g. "YC funded" or "AI startup")

  • Put the full URL in the option. This is to avoid ambiguities.

  • After adding an option, add a comment below describing what you know about the valuation. Ideally, include a link to the most recent founding round.

Closing loopholes

  • The biggest loophole is using independent contractors. Ultimately, I will make the final decision. If a company uses contractors as a substitute for employees, then it will not qualify. If a company uses independents in the typical sense, it will qualify.

  • The $1 billion valuation is determined by a funding round, the price on a secondary market (for a private company), or the share price (for a public company).

I may bet in this market.
