I'll look at the various platforms available and will see if it's possible to order a self-driving taxi to a location that is 10 hours or more away from Mountain View. I do not need to actually complete the ride in order to have a positive resolution.

I am currently an approved Waymo rider.

I realized that I didn’t specifically account for the possibility that the car selects a ridiculously inefficient route. I’m measuring a distance away based on Google Maps drive time, not the car’s selected route.

It seems very unlikely that this will be possible by the end of the year maybe in the coming years but now.
