I'm going with no. Who's liable when the employee asks GptManager, the manager decides something, shit hits the fan and the manager absolves themselves of responsibility? No amount of sophisticated language model is solving this problem any time soon.

@Toby96 I think it would be pretty easy to tell the simulation to not make very consequential decisions
