The company has been promising lighter than air cruises to the North Pole for quite a while: https://www.ft.com/content/f34a3a56-e8fd-11e9-a240-3b065ef5fc55
Their FAQ currently states there is no ETA for the first flight, after promising 2023 and February 2024.
Commercial flight includes any flight with paying passengers on board on any lighter than air vessel regardless of destination.
