The entire tiebreaker section is considered 1 game, so winning in tiebreaks is a lead of 1.
Examples:
if a player never has the lead, their largest lead is 0 it will resolve to 100% for the winner.
If a player is down 3-0 then comes back to 7-7 (never having the lead) and wins in tiebreaks it will resolve to 25% for the winner (lead of 1 at the end of the match) and 75% for the player who had a 3 pt lead.
