Bedtime goal via (emile.chat) is to get to bed by 1:00am at least 4 times this week. Got it last night.
Exercise goal is 55 minutes.
Move goal is 480 cal.

Exercise minutes can be fulfilled even with very easy yoga, so it's mostly about showing up.

I'll be backpacking this weekend and may not bring my watch. If I think on those days I move and exercise enough to capture the spirit of my exercise goals, I will count it.

Aug 18, 2:46pm: 4/4 on bedtime goal so that's locked in. Missed both rings yesterday, so I must get my Exercise and Calorie rings the rest of the week. That said, backpacking Friday, Saturday, Sunday so those rings are pretty locked in. So a lot of it comes down to today...
