Bedtime goal via (emile.chat) is to get to bed by 1:15am at least 4 times this week. Missed it last night.

Exercise goal is 50 minutes.

Move goal is 430 cal.

Other Considerations:

Week starts today, Monday.

Exercise minutes can be fulfilled even with very easy yoga, so it's mostly about showing up.

Aug 10, 8:56pm: Got apple watch rings Wednesday and 2/4 on bedtime goal.

Aug 12, 7:28pm: 4/4 on bedtime goal so that’s locked in. Missed rings Thursday. Got rings Friday.

Aug 14, 7:31pm: got rings Saturday and Sunday.

Aug 14, 7:32pm: slightly premature here for Sunday calorie ring, but 38 calories away which is expected to get resolved without effort. Won’t resolve til then tho.
