This will resolve to Yes if the number of participants that that have No stock is greater than the number that have Yes stock
This will resolve to No if the number of participants that have Yes stock is greater than the number that have No stock.
This will resolve N/A if the number is equal.
To prevent people from timing this, I am going to resolve this market at a randomly choosen time within 24 hours of closing.

@Chaos That one is basically a win win as long as everyone bets on YES. This one is more complicated.
@Yev I am going to resolve by counting the number of users with yes shares and the number of users with no shares on this tab.
If a user had both yes and no shares then it wouldn't change the balance
