The acquisition could take many forms including but not limited to a merger, a takeover or an asset purchase. This market will resolve as YES if an official announcement is made by either UBS or Credit Suisse confirming the acquisition before December 31st, 2023. Otherwise, this market will resolve as NO.

*and yes, it has to have been completed by end of year. If it is substantially done but there is some legal minutiae to work out, that would be enough for a positive resolution.
