Sorry for the delay here. The market description didn't provide any clarity regarding whether a temporary change would count (and I didn't respond to requests for clarity in the comments - I missed the first one in the mass of notifications and only saw it after the Halloween logo change).

I am resolving YES because of the Halloween change - even if temporary. Another market can gauge whether the long-term logo will someday change.

Carson has been very active on Manifold recently, including issuing market clarifications and commenting on the moderator resolution of one of their other markets. I'm not sure why they're not participating in this market, but it seems likely that they're not going to any time soon. Can we vote on whether a moderator should resolve this question for them? Like one of the two replies to vote.

@IsaacKing A moderator should only resolve if the resolution is yes. This could be interpreted as Manifold the organization not Manifold the website, in which case a temporary change would not count. It would be nice if @CarsonGale would chime in to clarify.

It's been the Halloween logo for a few days now. Which is very significantly different.

The possible argument against it is that it's a temporary change but then it'd have been good if this was mentioned because there's specifically a question below asking the qualifications of such temporary changes
