The Apprentice, a biopic about Donald Trump, is set to be released on Friday Oct 11. Trump has sued of course, but opinions are mixed on what, if any effect it will have on the election.

Some say it could sour voters on Trump right before the election, especially because there is a graphic depiction of Donald raping Ivana, based on her sworn testimony during their divorce proceedings.

Others say Trump supporters will persuade voters this is further proof that the left (and Hollywood) is out to smear Trump by purposefully releasing this movie right before the election.

Will Trump’s polling averages on 538 be down by more than 1% on October 25, two weeks after the movie is released and 11 days before the election?

Lol, 1% of Americans aren’t going to see this movie. It’s going to have a tiny box office. But, I feel like the Trump campaign could have a 1% swing for a myriad of reasons.
