Rumors have it that OpenAI is going to release a new reasoning model next week. Will they?
I will resolve this market yes if OpenAI releases any new reasoning model by 11:59 pm Central time on December 12th. An upgrade like GPT 5.2 or similar would count as long as it has a thinking mode.
Otherwise, I will resolve this market no.
