Whenever the first human-inhabited spaceship successfully lands on mars, how many people will be alive upon landing?
"People" refers only to humans
"human-inhabited" refers to a spaceship that has living humans when it starts its journey to Mars, ie upon liftoff. If all humans aboard the spaceship die, resolves to 0.
If humans are on the spaceship for liftoff, but the planned itinerary somehow involves the astronauts all hopping off the spaceship before it leaves the Moon-Earth system, such that they were never intended to reach Mars, they do not count for the purpose of this question.
