Claim title says June to November, so I think this could resolve 1 Dec

19 Atlantic named storms in the season and NHC says "Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 7 days."

While it may not be completely impossible for one to reach named storm strength in remaining 4 and a bit days, 2 seems very unlikely and 6 really just isn't going to happen so it could perhaps be resolved now? However I do want to check it will be resolved 1 Dec or shortly thereafter before tying up too much mana.

@ChristopherRandles IMO this would be fine to resolve early.

>25 has happened twice in 172 years. Even ignoring pre-1960 data when tracking tech improved, the base rate is very smol. This year is forecast to be average or slightly below average.

Is this for the Atlantic or Atlantic + Pacific?

@AlQuinn Atlantic seems to be implied since the eastern Pacific hurricane season starts May 15th

predictedYES

@AlQuinn Yes, sorry for not being clear. I will update description.
