@Eliza no, the market was specifically about it happening before the election. I think it should resolve no at this point.
@JoeySchmitt Good point! I tried to search for any evidence this happened and I cannot find any, but it can be tough to prove a negative. I'll resolve No right now, but if someone shows evidence (promptly) that this DID in fact happen before the election, we would re-resolve to Yes.
