As it seems the norm is not for federal mugshots to be released, and there have been no explicit statements that he did have his mugshot taken, there seems to be no way to verify this unless someone from leaks the photo?
@parhizj I don’t think it’s important that it be released for this to resolve YES. I have another question about whether he will smile, which would resolve N/A if we don’t see it. But they feds have acknowledged he took one and they won’t release it so seems like YES.
@BTE Actually it was his lawyer who made the claim that they took his photo, but this seems to be sufficient for you (as I don't see why his lawyer would lie about this to a judge):

@parhizj I read the Delaware prosecutor say they are prohibited from releasing it implying it definitely exists. I think they certainly would have announced an exception like they did with Trump.
