@AdamTreat "Trump co-defendant, head of Black Voices for Trump denied bail and will remain in prison
Floyd was deemed a flight risk by the court and is the only co-defendant to not strike a bond agreement"
@AdamTreat I think this is the same as the Reuters report below, which has more details. It sounds like Richardson's decision isn't final, and McAfee will decide it. I'm unclear how this question will resolve in that case; if he's denied bail temporarily, and then later granted it, what's the resolution? @BTE can we get some info on that scenario?
@EvanDaniel sigh if this market resolves as anything but YES
The headline clearly says "denied bail"
@AdamTreat the resolution criteria never said anything about how long he has to be denied bail... only that he has to be denied it. he was.
@EvanDaniel The judges quotes in that Fox article make it seem to be a meaningful update. This will resolve YES even if temporary. This guy isn’t even trying to get bail.
@EvanDaniel he protested to the judge and was not happy about it either apparently... so from his own viewpoint i'd say he was pretty clearly denied and held without bond
@AdamTreat I am still in awe of this guy for avoiding jail after beating up two FBI agents and saying he would have shot them if he had a gun.
@BTE pretty sure that will all be inadmissible in his trial here but maybe not at his sentencing?
@AdamTreat That was related to the Special Counsel investigation. They were trying to serve him. He was charged for it already in federal court.
@AdamTreat These defendants are a hoot! The fake electors claimed to be federal officials. This is gonna be so entertaining.
@BTE yes, see my market below asking if any of them is going to be successful in getting it moved to federal court!
@AdamTreat Mark Meadows is the only one with a chance in my opinion. If only he didn’t go down to observe the ballot counting he would probably be clear of charges. Trump has no chance because he was very clearly operating as a candidate and not as president.
@BTE generally agree, but I don't like Meadow's chances either. there was an amicus by several conservative judges, retired or not, and attorneys that seemed to go hard on the whole idea
@AdamTreat for Trump i can almost guarantee that they're going to rely upon some sort of non-delegation of executive authority doctrine and then hope that he'll be overturned on appeal by a conservative circuit when it is denied. Meadows response even says that the President has authority from the constitution to intervene/investigate/the georgia election so he can provide good info in his State of the Union to Congress which is an incredible stretch IMO.
I note that the response by Meadows did not push back on the DA's account that the trial can proceed even while the removal is pending. That's big.
Not sure if this counts, but I am betting a bit of yes in hopes that Harrison Floyd situation escalates further.
He was Denied Bond but is required to see the correct Judge since he has a charge pending with another Judge presiding over it.

@SirCryptomind Your right!! I saw how he handled getting served by FBI agents and it was ugly! He ended up chasing them down the street!!! Good call.
@SirCryptomind he also says he's broke, but i guess this question is whether he will be denied bail altogether?
@AdamTreat I am actually surprised you can assault FBI agents so bad they run away from you and you not have your bail denied automatically.
