@MartinRandall I actually had a market that already resolved on whether or not Trump would claim to be a victim of racism that didn’t mention being charged with a crime and he did it within an hour of me creating it. This one requires a crime to be charged, but Letitia James didn’t charge him with a crime. She sued him in civil court. The AG can’t prosecute the crimes he is alleged to have committed in criminal court because it’s not part of her jurisdiction.

@BTE Hmm. I thought financial fraud was a crime, even though he's not being charged in criminal court. I suppose the distinction is that he's being "sued" for a crime but not "charged" with a crime.
