Technically easy to only allow iframes from trusted domains. Might also be interested for metaforecast.

Substack cannot display text comments, while taxing a modern laptop. I do not believe they would spend time on that or that they are capable of doing that.

To be clear, they display some comments, but fail at displaying all of them. Old SSC managed to do this. Notification page is unable to open replied to in the new tab. Substack works like parody of react app.
