Given the fact that the scale on this market is {'outcomeType': 'PSEUDO_NUMERIC', 'min': 1, 'max': 12} it would've been impossible to resolve it to 12.6 if Starship launched on December 20th. Therefore, I think we should treat it as integer market, and resolve it to 4 which represents April.
