@10thOfficial trump could pardon himself. This is not likely imo but justifies not closing yet.

Should go up now the odds of indictment are up.

I guess the chosen cutoff time would technically include the scenario where Donald Trump gets elected and immediately pardons himself...

@AndrewG He could have just pre-emptively pardoned himself for all crimes ever committed in the past or future and I'm not entirely clear why he didn't. It's a great power move if you don't care about democracy.
