Usually when a vulnerability is found in Rust, a patch release is created containing a fix. This question asks whether that will happen during the 1.76 release of Rust.
This resolves to YES if Rust makes a release with version number 1.76.1 before 1.77.0 is released. When 1.77.0 is released, this market resolves to NO. (Patch releases generally are not made to previous versions.)
