Will resolve to Yes upon congress.gov officially announcing the passage of a law establishing a Cyber Force or Cyber Corps within the DOD (similar to Space Force) . Can be subordinate to an existing armed service or a new separate service. It must have the strings "Cyber" and "Force" or "Corps" in its name. Tasked with organize, train, and equip functions for some element of cyberspace operations.
If this does not happen by closing date, this question will resolve to No
US Cybercom does not count for the purpose of this question .
@Evan82cb Also most mil / DoD already has this element, along with CISA. There’s never going to be a stand alone besides these preexisting ones. Army has ARCYBER, for example, AirForce, Marines, Navy all have individual elements aligned w/ similar missions.
